Report by the Senate Select Committee of POW-MIA Affairs

In 1991, the Senate convened a Select Committee on POW-MIA Affairs.   The committee was in session until early 1993.  The chair of the SSC was Senator John Kerry of MA and the vice-chair was Senator Bob Smith of NH.  The Committee issued a final report that can be found at this URL:
